Your privacy is important to Logifleet. That is why we have adopted the following Privacy Policy that explains how we collect, use, disclose and store your information. How do we collect and use private information?

Personal information is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person. We collect and process personal information in connection with and through your contacts with us or through your use of our services. The following examples describe what personal information Logifleet may collect and how we may use it:

  • When your Logifleet 360° and Logifleet Online account is created, we may collect a variety of information, including your name, address, phone number, email, and IP address.

  • The personal information we collect may allow us to keep you informed on Logifleet’s product latest Release notes or upcoming events. If you don’t want to be on our mailing list, you can opt out anytime by updating your preferences.

  • We also may use personal information to help Logifleet develop, deliver, and improve its products and services. For example, Logifleet estimates travelling times using geo-location data shared anonymously by different Logifleet customers. If Logifleet Customer uses such functionality, he acknowledges and agrees that in return Logifleet may use its information anonymously, in order to continuously improve this functionality for all Logifleet customers.

  • We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as data analysis, and research to improve Logifleet product.

How do we protect your personal data?

Logifleet implements a variety of security measures — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to protect your information from loss, theft, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure. Such measures help ensure that your data is safe, secure, and only available to you and to those you provide authorized access.
Examples of such measures include encrypted transfer of data via SSL and personnel access to databases containing personal information is restricted and requires two-step authentication. However, we cannot always guarantee that there is no loss, misuse or alteration of information, but we are actively working to prevent such occurrences.

How do we ensure integrity and access to your personal data?

Logifleet makes it easy for you to keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up to date. To do so, you should log into your Account or you may e-mail us at support@logifleet.ch.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

Logifleet will never give, sell, rent, or loan personal information to any third parties except as described below in this Privacy Policy.
Information may be shared with third-party service providers or strategic partners that work with Logifleet to provide and/or improve products and services, or that help Logifleet market to customers. These companies need to protect your information.
It may also be necessary − by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence − for Logifleet to disclose your personal information.
We may also release your information if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.
